Due to the uncontrollably rising cost of fuel, I regret to inform everyone that I will have to temporarily pause the Crinkles pre-order.
As part of our shipping process, I personally cover both Lalamove and bus shipping fees. These charges are applied per box, and since we use large balikbayan boxes, the costs are already significant. With the current increase in fuel prices, these fees have now tripled, making it unsustainable to continue operations at this time.
I also want to be transparent that I do not find it reasonable to implement a price hike during this period. Rather than passing the burden onto you, I believe it is best to pause operations until conditions improve.
