4) When we require down payments, this is for the high priced items such as Longchamp, Dooney & Bourke, Marc Jacobs, Cole Haan, Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Burberry or accumulated reserved items to avoid order cancellations. If we don't receive your deposit, we will not reserve the items for you. Deposits are non-refundable if orders will be cancelled.
5) If you made a reservation which is considered SOLD already but made a cancellation, we will POST YOU AS A BOGUS BUYER IN OUR WALL AND YOUR WALL. So that our friends and your friends too will know that you are a FAKE and a LIAR!
6) Strictly no returns, cancellations, exchanges or refunds.
7) Once your orders arrive, we will text or send you a message in FB to notify you. We will give you a grace period of one (1) week to claim and settle your balance for your order. Otherwise, we will sell your ordered items to other interested buyers and your deposit will be forfeited. Please note that we pay cash to all your orders and we only require you a very very small amount of down payment compared to other online buyers.
8) Please allow us 2 - 3 weeks to deliver your items. We have shipment from New York every 2 weeks but sometimes it will take 3 weeks if there are holidays here and in the US. If you cannot wait, please do not place your order.
9) We ensure that all items are delivered in good and great condition. We carefully inspect/check all our items prior delivery. Once received/delivered, we don't accept returns and exchanges. 100% NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE POLICY!!

1) We offer lay-away or terms to our buyers with 3 or more transaction records with us. Here's how to avail this:
