Trojan Envelope Manufacturing Corporation has been making high quality ready made as well as custom made envelopes for many decades and has been distributing it throughout the Philippines. Besides manufacturing envelopes, we also offer specialty papers such as Strathmore and Mohawk papers and stock certificates that cater to the needs of printers.
Description:
This role is suitable for a people person who likes to be helpful assisting customers with their envelope needs. Nowadays, customers' needs could be addressed with texting, emails, phone calls, and walk-ins. Therefore, good organization skills are necessary.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and etc.
Issue sales invoices and receipts.
Coordinate with warehouse and production the availability of envelopes.
Make Daily Sales Reports
Process documentation for envelopes sold to provincial areas.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of any Course or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Fresh graduates
Computer literate and knowledge in MS Excel and Word.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions.
