I started selling online ng gold jewelries around February-March 2017. And as I woke up this morning, I realised kung gaano talaga kasulit mag invest sa gold. It really is a wise choice. Why? Dahil habang tumatagal na nasayo yung gold investment mu, tumataaas ng tumaas ng tumaas ang value nya. Para syang value ng lupa na pataas ng pataas din ang value per square meter.
Checking on my 2017 posts, sobrang baba pa ng per grams nya around 2,100+ per grams. Ngayon, halos papalo na sya ng ₱3,000 per grams. Imagine? Yung presyohan na yan, yan yung presyuhan ng resellers ngayon. Not yung talagang gold value sa market. Sympre may tubo na yan dahil walang nag nenegosyo ng palugi.
Yung ₱2,100+ per grams na price ng resellers last 2016, MAS MABABA PA ITO SA PRICE PER GRAMS NG SUPPLIERS ng gold dito sa Pilipinas ngayon! So imagine, kung isasangla mu ngayon yung Jewelries mu na napundar noong 2016, ang laki na ng value nya. Its either papantay ang value nya sa price na nabili mu sya samin noon, or MAS MATAAS pa. But I bet, the later part talaga. Mas mataas pa appraisal rate nyan ngayon kaysa sa price nung binili yung jewelry. 💛❤ Imagine?? How much more sa coming years? So invest today na! Kailan ka mag iinvest? Kung ₱4,000/g na ang value ng gold?
