Before availing of my layaway, you were already informed of my terms and conditions.
My layaway terms are clear:
* 1st month: No interest.
* 2nd month: 5% interest on the remaining balance.
* 3rd month: Another 5% interest on the remaining balance.
* After 3 months: The item will be forfeited if it is not fully paid.
I’m tired of repeatedly sending updates and reminders, only for my messages to be ignored. It is your responsibility to monitor your payment schedule and settle your balance on time.
Moving forward, I will no longer keep reminding or updating you about your due dates. If your item reaches the 3-month limit and remains unpaid, it will be forfeited according to my terms and conditions.
Please take responsibility for your layaway. The rules were already explained before you decided to avail of this arrangement. Thank you!
