1. ordering cut off is 2pm .any orders beyond 2pm is scheduled for a 48-72 hrs delivery lead time

2. ANSWER/REPLY to text message or call from rider

it is the SOP of our delivery partner to call or text the number provided by the customer to confirm location and availability of client. Pls note that if you do not answer or reply the rider will not deliver the item.

3. rescheduling of delivery

please note that when you reschedule a delivery your order will be placed back in queue and may have a longer delivery lead time

4. OUR RIDERS ARE HUMANS TOO

our riders work nonstop from 8am until 6pm and most of the time beyond their work schedule to finish reports. each rider delivers to a minimum of 100 clients per day. please treat them with kindness:)
