To all our valued clients,
I sincerely apologize and take responsibility to everyone whom my wife was not able to deliver your requested products/outputs. This was not an easy decision, and as much as we truly wanted to continue, we can no longer able to proceed with creating your keepsakes.
I have already started processing returns and refunds—some DNAs have been successfully returned and refunds have been issued. However, if I may have missed you or if you have not yet received your DNA or refund, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Kindly comment or send the page a private message with the following details so I can assist you accordingly:
• Full Name
• DNA to be returned
• GCash Number (for refunds)
• Updated Address
Again, I take responsibility and apologize for all the delays and frustration. Thank you for your understanding, patience, and support during this time. We truly appreciate the trust you have given us.
