📌Upon receipt of the item, kindly open and check. For any damages/defects we have 3 day replacement upon receipt of the item. No video no change of item.
📌We offer 3 months seller warranty since you purchased the items from our shop. Battery is excluded in the warranty, only the machine.The warranty for our products is 3 months only from the purchase date. The warranty
does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch, inaccuracy and non-observance of the directions provided by TrixShop. If there is any indication of abnormal use the watch warranty expires.
📌All TrixShop Watches have been tested and checked in advance. On arrival the watch should work properly without any damage.
📌Some of the items fades out (even if it's non tarnish) due to time. Be aware that leather is a natural product and therefore does wear and tear. We advise changing your leather strap each year when used intensively. The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear on our leather products. Worn edges or corners, natural fading and softening of materials are to be expected.
📌Lastly, Service Fee will be shouldered by the customer/buyer. (Same when you purchased on store or malls, and you need to go there for their warranty.)
