A little behind the scenes from one of our services. Once the movement is fully disassembled, each part is cleaned and checked carefully before everything is put back together. It may look like a lot of tiny pieces, but every single one has a purpose.

We take our time with this part because proper servicing isn’t just about making a watch run again. It’s about taking care of something that’s important to its owner.

If your bracelet has become loose or damaged over time, we can often repair and adjust it to a condition close to its original state, depending on the bracelet’s existing condition, age, and previous repairs.

Our goal is to improve its fit, structure, and appearance while keeping expectations realistic for a pre-owned watch. Results may vary depending on the bracelet’s condition.

Some watches are more than timepieces. They become part of a family legacy.

This Omega Cal. 565 carries a special mark: “1972,” the year it was presented to his grandfather.

More than five decades later, this vintage timepiece is now undergoing a full service at AVA Watch Services.

For a watch with this much history, proper servicing is about more than keeping it running. It’s about preserving the movement, respecting its condition, and keeping its story alive.

No unnecessary repairs.
Every watch is personally assessed, with recommendations based on its actual condition and service needs.

Crown Repair by AVA Watch Services

Not every damaged crown needs to be replaced.

Each watch is carefully assessed to determine if the original crown can still be repaired. Rust, water leakage, and years of use can affect the crown, especially on vintage timepieces.

Replacing a genuine crown can be costly, and finding an authentic replacement can sometimes be impossible. That’s why we prioritize repairing the original crown whenever possible to preserve the originality of your watch.

Have your watch assessed by our experts. Let us help you determine the best repair solution for your timepiece.
