PAPI's Guitar Repair Papi : Mico Ong Papi's Guitar Shop spawned out of tinkering with my guitars. Also, I am a one-man team.

My services are very limited as of the moment ---- set-up and intonation, fret leveling, refret and basic wiring, though my main concentration are fret jobs (it's an Art) .Custom guitar making is out of my scope (I leave that to the Pros and i can refer you to them). For inquiries and appointments, you can reach me through
https://www.facebook.com/papisguitar

Unfortunately, i can't accept walk-ins since i have a day job. "BY APPOINTMENT"

Land mark of Street is CHILIS TOMAS MORATO.

Tele vibes before I end the long day in the shop. Despite the setups, refrets and what not, I still get to do this wankery from time to time to getvthem fingers nimble.
Tele came in for a setup fret level and some cleaning. Pretty nice!!! What you call this color?? Baby blue??? Sky blue???

So finally got to try a James Tyler guitar. Looking at its simplicity hides a secret of it telling you to play her because she is meant to be played. It is nor just for some addition to the collection, its designed to be a workhorse. To churn out music from the heart. The guitar feels like it has been played out for many years so it would be easier for the new player owner to wield it. Not every brand name guitars that come out ever gives me this sense of... its not a wow factor.... its more of admiration to the fine detail. This was made and meant for a working musician to play every night to express his innermost thoughts thru a note. It is a partnership when out on the road. A marriage and understanding between the player and the guitar.

That is my thoughts on a Tyler Guitar.
