At Kairos, we’re all about delivering quality and commitment — and we look for the same in our clients. To kick off any project, we require a 30% down payment to all transactions. This ensures commitment and helps us avoid joy buyers — so we can focus on building with serious clients only.

This initial commitment helps us prioritize the clients who are ready to turn ideas into reality — and who value the time, effort, and creativity we bring to every project.
