y charges? Delivery is FREE for all orders over Rs 1,000. For orders less than that, we charge a nominal fee of Rs 100 per order.

6) Do the low prices mean substandard quality? We strive to maintain high quality and customer satisfaction. In fact, we are so confident about the quality we deliver that we have an open exchange policy in case your purchase is less than satisfactory.
7) What if the product I purchase turns out to be defective? If you have ensured proper care of the product and it still turns out to be defective, we will gladly take it back and offer you another item of your choice (similar or lesser value) from our store.
8) How do I ensure proper care of the products I purchase? Avoid spraying perfumes and body sprays etc on your jewelry as these tend to tarnish the shine and corrode the electro-plating. We don't take responsibility of damage due to fragrance sprays.
9) I am allergic to artificial jewelry. Is there a workaround? All our jewelry is electroplated with pure Gold / Rhodium / Platinum / Silver and it is guaranteed Lead, Nickel, & Cadmium free. Hence, even if you are allergic to commonly available artificial jewelry, our products will not trigger any reactions on your skin.
