VLC is the result of an energetic, enthusiastic, sincere and die hard struggle. It is a project not for business but of what we say today realization. The back up support of this firm, Mr. Salik Aziz Vaince, is a man of struggle. From his early life till today he has been struggling only for what is “right.” He is a man of rules and principles. Starting from his earliest education he had worked by
himself. He earned and learned. Living a life of immense hardships he never gave up. He had no friends, no support, no money and nothing else, but his soul and a firm belief that he will not let himself and his abilities be misused. He prayed and struggled. He devoted himself to three things:
> Education
> Work
>Justice
He stood up; he fell down and without any assistance again stood up on his grounds. He never let any one have pity on him. He worked from dawn to dust. He got his education from common institutions. He had to work at daytime and had to study in the peaceful nights. He didn’t got enough sleep and never got enough food to help himself with the entire struggle but yet he never let himself go astray. He remained firm on his path. He studied further and never stopped learning. When it was time to choose a profession he chose law and teaching. He had his rights been deprived at an early age as a child, as a student, as a citizen and above all as a human. He got that realization that if today he had the opportunity to live his life the way he desires why not choose something which would benefit not only him but generations. So, he chose to become a lawyer who will be not of fame and popularity but of rights and duties. On the other side he also became a teacher so that he can transmit his knowledge his wits his mind to the ones who are going to be the leaders of tomorrow. Today, standing on a platform he owns, he is exemplary. His words are full of wisdom; his advices are pearls for any distorted mind. Here are a few words he says while guiding his followers:
“Only if on that day, when I was discarded like an old piece of paper, have I chose to be a discarded newspaper or a man waiting for some help from an unknown source, I would never be standing in front of you with dignity and respect. Success was the door I wanted to open and the key was Education which I had to find. I could have chosen the wrong, illegal, unlawful way to find it but instead I stick to the right and the just. For this key I struggled and went ahead and finally got hold of it. I didn’t wait for a human to come and guide. I knew my beloved Prophet’s teachings, thanks to my mother. I had my God’s support, I had the physical strength, the active mind the only thing I had to do was to struggle until my last breath and that’s what I am still doing.”
