اکثر خواتین یہ سمجھتی ہیں کہ:

32 کا مطلب چھوٹے پستان

38 کا مطلب بڑے پستان

✅ اصل حقیقت

برا سائز کے دو حصے ہوتے ہیں:

1. Band Size (32, 34, 36, 38...)
👉 یہ کمر/پسلیوں کے نیچے کا ناپ ہے۔

2. Cup Size (A, B, C, D...)
👉 یہ پستان کے بھرے حصے (Bust) کا ناپ ہے۔

اصل برا سائز ہمیشہ Band + Cup سے بنتا ہے
مثال: 34B، 36C، 38D وغیرہ۔

📏 سائز معلوم کرنے کا آسان طریقہ

1. Band Measurement
👉 Measuring Tape چھاتی کے نیچے لپیٹیں (کمر کے قریب)۔
👉 جو ناپ آئے وہ Band Size ہوگا۔

2. Bust Measurement
👉 Measuring Tape چھاتی کے سب سے بھرے حصے پر رکھ کر ناپ لیں۔

3. Cup Size معلوم کرنے کا فارمولا
👉 Bust – Band = Cup Size

فرق (انچوں میں) کپ سائز

1 inch A
2 inch B
3 inch C
4 inch D
5 inch DD/E

📌 مثال:

اگر Band = 34 اور Bust = 36 ➝ فرق = 2 ➝ Cup = B ➝ سائز = 34B

اگر Band = 34 اور Bust = 38 ➝ فرق = 4 ➝ Cup = D ➝ سائز = 34D
