"Spreading Awareness on Reduce, Reuse, Recycle with Fareezah School 🌍🌱"

We had an incredible day at Fareezah School near Morbagh Town, where we led an activity all about *Reduce, Reuse, Recycle*! 🏫💚 Teaching the young children about ways to protect the planet was so inspiring, and their enthusiasm was contagious. We brought everyday items like old cans, shoe boxes, and other “trash” that they creatively turned into beautiful products. Seeing them transform simple things into something meaningful was heartwarming and gave everyone a glimpse of the difference these little changemakers can make! 🎨🖌️

Our amazing founder, along with support from Daastan and ARTY, led the way by introducing these concepts to the students and explaining how important each small effort is for our planet. 🌍💪 We also introduced them to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and how even the smallest hands can help make a big difference.

Watching the smiles on their faces and the pride they took in their creations was truly inspiring. These young eco-warriors remind us that change starts young, and it’s up to us to nurture that love for our planet. 🌟💚

We are thrilled to announce that ARTY, founded by Anum AmeerAnum Ameer, has proudly won 3rd prize at the 6th Islamabad Expo, organized by the Islamabad Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IWCCI) and the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICCI), held on September 14th and 15th, 2024. 🏆

This incredible event gave startups like ARTY the opportunity to present their ideas to a panel of investors, industry experts, and mentors. We are beyond excited to share that ARTY has been selected as one of the top 3 startups to pitch at the prestigious Pak-China Friendship Centre! 🎉

This competition has been an amazing journey, focusing on identifying and supporting high-potential ventures. Anum Ameer is immensely grateful for this opportunity and the support along the way. Through this Plantation Drive, we are planting the seeds of change. 🌱 Each tree we plant is a step toward reducing carbon emissions, improving air quality, and supporting biodiversity. Why SDG 13 & SDG 15?

🌟 Day 3 at SEE Pakistan – The Pitch Day 🌟

Anum Ameer, founder of ARTY, shared her incredible journey from Day 3 at SEE Pakistan. The atmosphere was filled with excitement as the top 100 startups came together, each striving for the coveted cash prize. It’s not just about the ideas, but how you present them and adapt to the challenges. With so many brilliant concepts, the competition was fierce. For Anum, being among the top startups felt like a dream come true. The experience, even without a win, was priceless.

Although ARTY didn’t make it into the top 6 winners, the day was a treasure trove of learning. Anum met many inspiring individuals from international backgrounds, shared stories, and formed new connections. The day was a reminder that the entrepreneurial journey is as much about the people you meet as it is about the prize. The lessons learned and relationships built will surely carry ARTY forward into the future.

Anum AmeerAnum Ameer, founder of ARTY, shared her experience from Day 2 at SEE Pakistan. 🌟

The day was filled with insightful sessions led by mentors, mostly from Islamabad. Anum learned a valuable lesson about the importance of startup exits — something many entrepreneurs often overlook. 🚀

It’s not just about building a business; knowing when to exit and scale it to the next level is crucial for growth. This concept gave her a broader perspective on the entrepreneurial journey.
