Ex Nihilo Jewelry Ex Nihilo is to create something from nothing, giving meaningful new forms to existing. Ex Nihilo’nun kökeni latince “yoktan (out of nothing)” demektir.

Yaratılışla ilgili yoktan var eden olarak Tanrı inanışında kullanılan bir terim olduğu gibi, hiçlikten hiçlik doğar anlamına da gelebilen bir felsefi düşüncedir. Olmayan birşeyi yaratmaya adım atarken, var olanı kullanıp kendinden anlamlar katıp, olan bir şeye yeni formlar getirdiği için Ex Nihilo’nun kurucusu Elif Yalçın, bu latince terimden yola çıkar. 2015 yılında kurulan ve o günden beri yarat

mayı, var olanı kendi hikayesinden, kendi deneyimlerinden, kendi yolculuklarından beslenerek şekillendirmeyi hedefleyen Ex Nihilo, eski kültürlerden, felsefeden, simyadan esinlenerek yaratılan tasarımlarla kendinden bir hikaye anlatıyor. Ex Nihilo’nun el yapımı ve kendi ruhunu taşıyan tasarımları, kendilerine can verecek yeni bedenler arıyor.
