Există oameni organizați.
And then… suntem noi.
Miercuri, 30 septembrie, vernisajul Romanian Jewelry Week. Public, invitați, fotografi, influenceri — momentul în care, dintre toate zilele, vrei ca ceea ce expui să arate exact cm ai gândit că trebuie să arate.
Am împachetat bijuteriile. Lămpile. Ambalajele. POS-ul. Casa de marcat. Sculele, că cine știe. Tot.
Vinilurile? În atelier.
Adică display-ul colecției All That Jazz, construită în jurul muzicii și expusă, evident, pe discuri de vinil.
Nicio problemă. Atelierul e aproape. Criză rezolvată.
Trei zile mai târziu, sâmbătă, prima zi de târg. De data asta nu mai e doar expoziție. E ziua în care vindem bijuterii.
Am ajuns cu lămpile. Ambalajele. POS-ul. Casa de marcat. Sculele.
Și vinilurile! Am învățat ceva, totuși.
Dar bijuteriile? În atelier.
Aparent metoda noastră de lucru este să nu uităm niciodată același lucru de două ori.
În apărarea noastră, facem bijuterii mișto.
Și atelierul e aproape.

And then… there’s us.
Wednesday, September 30: Romanian Jewelry Week opening night. Public, guests, photographers, influencers — basically the one moment when you really want your exhibition to look exactly as you designed it.
We packed the jewelry. The display lights. Packaging. POS. Cash register. Tools, you never know. Everything.
The vinyl records? At the studio.
The entire display concept for All That Jazz, a collection inspired by music and displayed — plot twist — on vinyl records.
No problem. The studio is nearby. Crisis solved.
Three days later, Saturday: first day of the fair. This time it’s not just an exhibition. It’s the day to sell jewelry.
We arrived with the lights. Packaging. POS. Cash register. Tools.
And the vinyls! Lesson learned.
But the jewelry? At the studio.
Apparently our organizational system is just never forgetting the same thing twice.
In our defense, we make pretty cool jewelry.
And the studio is nearby.
