DISCOVER TVER AND TORJOK, TWO LITTLE RUSSIAN CITIES IN 1 MINUTE !

When living in Moscow, it feels good to leave the city and to get some fresh air for the weekend. Jump in a train for 2 hours, and you will be in Tver.
Capital City of Tverskaya Oblyast, this city has honestly nothing so special... but is trully Russian. A nice walking street in the city center, leading to the Lenin's statue, a beautiful church, the Volga on which you can walk during winter... and that's it, not more. Although it's located only 2 hours from Moscow, you can feel a real difference between these two cities. People, prices, speed, architecture are very different. But you don't want to spend there more than one day. That's why you can take a taxi and go to Torjok.

Torjok is way smaller, but way cutter. Many little churches, a small Kremlin, and the atmosphere of a little village. I would recommend it for people staying in Moscow and looking for a quiet place to spend one day... not more.

This little trip is not hard to organize... especially with Kodamas always here to show you the way.

With our NEW VIDEO, we take you behind the postcard and show you the backside of the coin.
When I arrived in Southern Asia, I had heard a lot about white sand beaches, paradise islands, parties where we sip a cocktail in a hammock ... but I had not been told about one thing: those plastic mountains

1 an en Russie en 1 minute
1 year in Russia in 1 minute

Today, it’s been a year since I moved to Russia. A lot happened in this year, and I tried to sum it up in 1 minute.
I usually say that what makes a place a GOOD place is the people being here, and that's how I feel in Russia. Russian culture is fascinating me everyday a little bit more, and I’m thankful to all my Russian fellows who made me feel like home here. This country has so much to offer… let’s start another year in this amazing land, full of new adventures to come !
.. With Kodamas around, always showing us the way.

2019 is coming, Kodamasia is growing
ONE NEW TEAM MEMBER ON KODAMASIA + ON INSTAGRAM

2018 has been a quiet year in terms of content, but not in terms of adventures and experiences. As this project means a lot to me I decided to go back to it and to make it grow, with a year 2019 promising a lot.

We are now two friends making Kodamasia. After experiencing Transsiberian with me, travelling to South America, living 8 months in South East Asia, Antoine Favier has obviously a lot to bring to this project.

The purpose of Kodamasia is to share experiences and adventures lived all around the world, opening people’s mind and making them want follow this path. Antoine’s content, pictures and videos, and his approach of travelling and cultural exchanges are totally corresponding to Kodamasia’s philosophy. I am sure that you will be sublimed by what is going to come from his side...

FIRST VIDEO: NEXT SUNDAY - Let's go to Cambodia !

… And because it’s 2019, Kodamasia has to be present on Instagram. Follow us - https://www.instagram.com/kodamasia/

May 9th, Victory Day - Moscow, Russia

Everyone is outside, holding russian flags and pictures of their ancesters, to comemmorate the victory over the N***s during WWII.

This celebration is way more important here than in Western Europe, it's one of the biggest holidays in Russia. People are paying a lot of importance to respect the memory of the 26 millions USSR citizens who died between 1939 and 1945 (country with the biggest amount of losses).

This day starts with a huge military parade to celebrate the victory, and people are remaining silent while listening to speeches and watching impressive vehicules and soldiers. And the day ends with fireworks all around the city, with people smiling and applauding. With summer arriving, it was a very beautiful moment to spend here in Moscow.
