A time was had!

A small group of ladies and a smaller group of tweens and teens attended my workshop in Earlsfield last week.

I reached day 75 and to be honest the challenge did not go as planned!

I started with 3 projects. 1 completed, the second almost and the third not at all.

But I learnt a lot along the way, about how I work and the things I need, I'll be sharing that soon. But I didn't want the day to pass without acknowledging that we had hit 75 days! Yesterday was looking way different. The table leg broke this morning and de-railed my final pieces of sewing 🪡.

You have to take time out for yourself.

Things I'm learning as a home educating mum, working and growing a business. If I don't take time for myself, things fall apart.

I did a training once and the facilitator mention the concept of micro habits, this was related to exercise, a few wall press ups, pelvic floor exercises, just little movements that build up each day.

I thought that can work, for taking time to breathe, reset and regulate myself too, so I do that throughout the day.

Some days were lucky enough to have an hour or two to pour into ourselves. I'm holding space tomorrow for just that, time to talk and create.

No, you can leave when you are finished, or stay and chat!

How much does it cost?

£25 and you get to take your bracelet home with you

Are child welcome?

Yes, children about 10 years and older can make a bracelet, DM me and you'll get a discounted child ticket.

Take time for yourself and create something beautiful, play with crystals while you talk with like minded women.

Come and make a bracelet with . String a genuine crystal bracelet on elastic, leave with your bracelet.

Bring a friend, take a morning off from the grind. is a very inclusive space, children are very welcome, being a game or a colouring book, while you create for 90 minutes, older children are free to join, DM me if you have questions
