以下小精灵的规则，希望宝宝们可以follow一下；已便小精灵可以更好的服务您
Thank you for visiting Tinker Wonderland. Below are some rules that I hope fellow tinker fans can follow:
1. 天然水晶矿石难免会有冰裂，矿缺，棉絮等等。由于光线光源不同，个人显示器不同，有可能会出现色差问题。小精灵会尽一切可能把拍摄与实物接近一致。
As you may be aware, natural crystal may have small natural cracks. They may not be perfect due to being naturally formed. Also due to the lig
hting, angle and different displays used, the colour may be off. Tinkerbell will do their best to minimize the differentiation as much as possible.
2. 下单/得标物件避免更换喔。可以在下单前要求小精灵拍摄照片、视频确定你的喜爱后再下单。宝贝们都是独一无二的，最重要是合宝宝们的眼缘哟~！
You may ask us for pictures/videos before order to enable your assessment if you like the crystal. We are more than happy to support to make sure you get the most suitable products =)
3. 下单后请在48小时内汇款，已便帮宝宝们保留宝贝。我们接受Paynow/Paylah, 银行转账方式。银行转账请选择 FAST transfer 方式以便查询汇款对单。
Please make payment within 48hours so that we can secure your order. We do accept Paynow/Paylah & bank transfer. Kindly select FAST transfer for online bank transfer to speed up the payment check. Do ask us for further details.
4. 亲爱的宝宝们，修改手围都是免费的哟～ 剩余的珠子都会归还。如果需要增加珠子，价钱就会在修改前提前通知；在宝宝们的同意下才会进行修改喔。
发货前也会进行消磁才给您送到哟~！
Free wrist adjustment service is provided, and all leftover beads will be returned. If extra beads need to be added,, we will inform you of the cost and get your confirmation before proceeding with any adjustment. We will also cleanse the crystal before sending to you.
5. 汇款了可以累计发货。小精灵将在每个星期六，日发货。延迟邮寄麻烦宝宝们提前两天备注哟~! You may accumulate your bill for one shot delivery. Tinkerbell will arrange delivery on Every Sat & Sun. If you need to delay or arrange another date, please notify us 2 days in advance.
6. 邮费如下 Postage is as follows：
Singpost 普通邮件 2公斤以下 (normal mail below 2kg) SGD 1.50
Singpost 追踪邮件 2公斤以下 (tracked mail below 2kg) SGD 3.70
Grab 星期六，日当天到达 (same day delivery, weekends only) SGD 5.50
凡累计买满 SGD 80 包邮 (2公斤以下。包邮将使用Singpost发货)
Free delivery via Singpost for purchase above SGD 80 and below 2kg
