Beware of Jade scammers, especially when travelling.

A Singaporean paid $7000 for 16 pieces of jade and one of the pieces (told to be Ink Jadeite) is serpentine, that costs less than $100.

狮城游客随团到贵州旅游，豪掷7000多元买下16件玉石产品，回国后送鉴发现，其中一枚号称“墨翠”的玉佛牌，竟是价值不到百元的蛇纹石。
刘小姐（37岁）告诉本报，她的父母9月8日参加贵州六天五夜旅行团，团员约20人，大多是年长者。
她说，行程最后一天，导游带团员到一个售卖玉石产品的场所。
