All watches come with a 72 hour return policy if the timepiece is not as described. For international clients, the time starts once the par
cel is signed for. D-Timepieces will issue a refund within 5 working days of receiving the item back. For international clients, shipping is not covered by D-Timepieces in cases of returns. All returns must be fully insured and paid for by the sender. The timepiece must be returned in the same condition that it was sent and will go through a full inspection before a refund is granted. All items will be shipped via express courier. The preferred courier is FedEx but other couriers can be arranged upon request. All shipments are fully insured.
