1) Please read the TERMS & CONDITIONS clearly before you place your order. Once order is placed, It is understood that you have already read and agreed with them.

* Items sold are non refundable and non exchangeable.


* No refund/cancellation of any order is allowed once payment has been made.

* Once buyer confirmed the item to purchase,We would keep the item for 2 days for collection/delivery. Otherwise, 25% deposit is required to reserve the item.

* At least 50% payment to reserve the items for Pre-Order Specials. Items will be ready for collection/delivery 4 - 6 weeks upon closing date of Pre-Order. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE.

* The garments sold by us are hand made/crafted in the finest traditions of India's textile crafts. Irregularities in weave, block print or embroidery are a characteristic of the process . At times actual outfit may be little different in design than displayed on the website as they are hand made.


* Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer.

* Shipping charges are applicable as per the customer's / destination country.

* We take every good care to ship the orders in good condition and properly packed. However, the package may be damaged due to delivery procedure and custom procedure at the destination country and we will not be responsible for the same.

* We firmly believe that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits, accessories or jewellery ordered.

* Self collection will be at Bukit Timah/Bukit Batok
