We knew we wanted peach blossoms for Bloom On from the start. But what really happened was five months of samples, discussions and revisions that came before the final pieces.

Together with Miki, we put a lot of thought into getting every detail right - adjusting the shape, proportions, placement and construction with each sample.

BEHIND THE SCENES | Our 32-hour secret mission ✈️

We’d originally planned a shoot for Miki in the US, alas things didn’t quite work out as planned. In hindsight, it was a blessing in disguise - because we got to meet Miki Rai in Taiwan after Rise and Shine (and Mr Doctor Cat Kev himself 🐱) and the shoot turned out perfect!

32 hours in Taiwan, a full day of editing later and voilà, the Bloom On collection preview was live.

So grateful to Miki for taking time out of her trip to make this shoot happen, and to the dream team in Taiwan who pulled everything together with us. 🩷
