I have tried and experimented through many creative fields, be in acting, dancing, photography, designing apparel and jewellery, sketching and painting, all gave me immense pleasure and experience to be treasured for lifelong. Creativity is not a hobby, it's a way of life, it never stops nor does the creative mind can rest forever. As a daughter of my parents Monoranjan and Kanika, I got the best
of both. The artistic sense, the mind to adjust with every given situation I possessed from my mother. From a person I acquired the "never say no" attitude, quality of a leader who loved to motivate all around him, loved to work with his entire team, a person who builds me, inspires me motivates me, lives with me every moment, never left me although he physically left us 21 years ago is my father. Their motivations towards life have inspired me moving forward from a known and comfortable world to unknown world called Monkána. Monkána, the name derives from the initial letters of two most important persons in my life who brought me on this earth. Monkána is the droplet (kána) of my imagery mind (mon), soul of my artistic existence. With the blessings of my parents and the well wishes from everyone, I start my new creative journey 'Monkána'.
