Hey everyone! If you're bored or need some flashy red earrings or necklaces for visiting during Chinese New Year, here's when our stores are open:

- Tampines Mall: 1st and 2nd day of CNY.
- Causeway Point: 1st and 2nd day of CNY.
- Nex: only on the 2nd day.
- Jurong Point: only on the 2nd day.
- Far East Plaza: closed until the 4th day of CNY.

Plus, all our stores will shut early on CNY eve – we're only open for half the day.

Information regarding X-Craft Outlet at Tampines Mall.

We wish to inform you that the reopening of our Tampines Mall outlet has been rescheduled to 1st February. The postponement is due to the recent fire incident. Although the damage was minimal, the contamination from fire extinguisher residue requires the replacement of most of our products.

For those wishing to make purchases at the moment, we kindly direct you to our other locations. We will provide updates on our reopening, either on this platform or through Google Maps, should we be able to resume operations sooner than anticipated.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Dear valued customers,

We regret to inform you that our Tampines X-Craft outlet recently experienced a small fire due to wires creating a spark. The fire was quickly put out, with no injuries reported. However, our products were contaminated by fire extinguisher powder, requiring their replacement.

Authorities are investigating the cause, and we currently lack electricity. We anticipate re-opening in 5-10 days (28/12/23 to 5/1/24). We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. For any questions, please comment or DM us, or visit our other outlets.
