• Please take note that item(s) will only
be held for 12hrs from the time the Orders are confirmed. If payment is not received within the given time frame, your order will be automatically cancelled and the item(s) held will be released to the next pending customer without prior notice.
• After you have made the payment, please reply us via email/facebook with the payment details together with a proof of the payment made.
• Please allow us 2 working days to verify your payment. Upon successful payment verification, you will receive a notification and item will be mailed out within 3 working days.

• Itsy Bitsy does not offer reservations, self-collections, meet-ups or trades. POSTAGE
Normal Postage:SGD$1.20 for 1st item & SGD$0.50 for every subsequent item
Registered Postage: Additional SGD$2.24 per parcel in addition to the cost of normal mail

*Please take a snap shot of the ATM receipt if payment is made via ATM Transfer for easy verification. Itsy Bitsy shall not be responsible if we are unable to verify your payment details. EXCHANGE POLICY
We will check and ensure items is in good condition before mailing the item out with photos sent to you via the email you have provided. We do not offer returns or refunds for items purchased wrongly by the buyer. Please note that the colour of the items you see are dependent on the resolution of your screen. As such, the colour of the actual item may differ slightly from that on your screen. In the event if Itsy Bitsy has mailed the wrong item, please take a snapshot and email to [email protected] with the details and mail back the item to us. We will reimburse the postage paid once we have received back the wrongly sent item and postage for re-sending of item will be borne by Itsy Bitsy. All exchanges must be made within 7 days.
