Why are the retro-style amulets created by Wuth Chanthaburi, using old materials from Luang Pu Tim and many other sacred materials from ancient times, and consecrated at multiple locations, so highly popular, rivaling even the originals? Why do their prices remain high compared to other creators who focus more on commercialism? Why do people favor and use Wuth Chanthaburi's amulets for worship and experience various benefits? This will be explained in detail from every angle. The amulets he created include:
1. Phra Khun Phaen Rakhang Thong (large size), 2010. The proceeds, over 1,200,000 baht, were donated to Wat Lahan Rai for the construction of the bell and the paving of the granite floor in the Maha Chedi Bhavana Bhirat.
2. Phra Khun Phaen Chedi Thong (small size), 2011. The proceeds were donated to the temple to help build the Maha Chedi Bhavana Bhirat.
He also created "Chedi Thong" (golden pagoda) coins for the temple's public benefit projects.
He also created 10,000 copper coins of Luang Pu Tim on the front and King Taksin the Great on the back, the "Pichit Mar" (Conquering Evil) edition, to distribute to border soldiers during wartime when the nation was in danger. These were distributed at various military camps.
3. Hanuman Amulet (Immortal Power), 2013. Created for merit-making and personal use, for the protection of those who worship it. Contains sacred metal fragments from Luang Pu Tim and various old amulets. Includes 14 baht (212.8 grams) of gold bars. Money was donated to Wat Lahan Rai to the abbot for public benefit projects at the temple.
Phra Pidta Hua Bai Sri amulet. Money and amulets were donated to Wat Wang San Phra Rot for the renovation of the main chapel.
4. Phra Khun Phaen Maha Phuttha Barami amulet, 2015. Consecrated at various locations for charitable purposes. Funds were donated to government hospitals and the Buddhist Monks' Hospital.
5. Luang Pu Tim Wat Lahan Rai "Bucha Kru" (Paying Homage to the Teacher) statue (cast using a mold from the Luang Pu Tim Tri Mas 2517 amulet). A small number were created for personal use among disciples. A portion of the proceeds, after deducting expenses, was donated to Buddhist merit-making and social welfare.
6. Created the "Mongkol Chakrawan" amulet, model "Prasittichok," in 2016. The Hanuman amulet was donated to Wat Wangsanpharos, Bo Subdistrict, Khlung District, Chanthaburi Province, to raise funds for the restoration of the temple's main chapel. No expenses were deducted for this donation.
7. Created the "Mongkol Chakrawan" amulet set in 2018. This set was made using the original metal alloy from Luang Pu Tim's 1974 Wat Lahan Rai amulet, a family heirloom of craftsman Mongkol Nakpan, one of his disciples. It was crafted using a full-formula "Nava Lohaka" (nine-metal alloy) according to ancient tradition, incorporating 10 baht (152 grams) of gold. A limited number were created for personal use. Proceeds after expenses were donated to charity and government hospitals. The amulets created include:
Phra Kring Chinnabanchorn Mongkol Chakrawan
Phra Chaiwat Mongkol Chakrawan
Luang Pho Ngern Mongkol Chakrawan statue
7. Amulets, "Guardian Deities" series, 2021-2022, including: Lord Shiva, "Guardian Deities" series (necklace and altar sizes: 9 inches, 5 inches, 3 inches); Lord Wessuwan, "Guardian Deities" series; and Phra Khun Phaen, both metal and powder versions.
These were created for personal use and consecration tours.
The proceeds from pre-orders were used to build a monk's residence at Wat Bot Khong Kham, Lampang Province. A portion of the remaining amulets, after deducting expenses, will be used for further charitable purposes as deemed appropriate by the creators.
8. Locket of 3 revered monks. The "Bucha Kru" (Paying Homage to the Teacher) edition, 2023, contains sacred materials including:
A locket of Luang Pu Tim, Wat Lahan Rai, created for personal use and to cover charitable expenses.
