⚙️ 3 in 1 Standard Coiling Machine ⚙️
The Standard Channel Coiling Machine enables the production of channel tube jewelry products such as bracelets,
earrings, rings, and chains. Its adjustable rotation speed facilitates precise craftsmanship at low speeds and high-speed mass production. The three-meter modular straight drawing bench with grippers can be disassembled when not in use to save space.
Thanks to its interchangeable coiling head, the machine allows seamless switching between the pulse chain coiling system and the standard channel coiling system. With drawing dies and mandrels of varying sizes and designs, it can rapidly manufacture customized products. Depending on the dimensions and designs of the rollers and spindles used, production
can be achieved with base thicknesses ranging from 0.10mm to 0.40mm and widths between 0.8mm and
20mm.

Channel Coiling tizimi yordamida ichi bo‘sh bilaguzuklar, sirg‘alar, uzuklar va zanjir mahsulotlarini ishlab chiqarish mumkin.

Bundan tashqari, Roll Winding tizimi orqali uchlari ochiq bilaguzuklar, sirg‘alar, uzuklar va shunga o‘xshash mahsulotlar ishlab chiqariladi.

Almashtiriladigan o‘rash kallagi tufayli mashinada Pulse Chain Coiling tizimidan standart Channel Coiling tizimiga osonlik bilan o‘tish mumkin.

Sozlanadigan aylanish tezligi past tezlikda yuqori aniqlik bilan ishlashni hamda yuqori tezlikda ommaviy ishlab chiqarishni ta’minlaydi.

Tutqichlarga ega 3 metrli modulli to‘g‘ri tortish dastgohi (Drawbench) ishlatilmayotgan vaqtda qismlarga ajratilishi mumkin, bu esa joyni tejash imkonini beradi.

Ishlatiladigan tortish filyerasi (Drawing Die), mandrel va vallar (Rolls) o‘lchamlari hamda dizayniga qarab, 0,10 mm dan 0,50 mm gacha material qalinligida va 4 mm dan 45 mm gacha kenglikda mahsulotlar ishlab chiqarish mumkin.
