Make Your Own Jewelry Parties In the evenings I worked as a line cook in various restaurants.

Many years ago when I lived in Hawaii, I made jewelry using small glass & seed beads and sold them at craft fairs around the island to make some "spending money". Flash forward 20 years plus, I am now a retired Executive Chef diagnosed with MS, turned stay-at-home-mom. I've been looking for both a creative outlet and a way to make a little "spending money" for my family. That brings us front and center to the opening of Mama Beads & Baby Baubles! Let me create a one of a kind piece for you and/or your little one or host a "Make Your Own Jewelry" party in your own home. We have beads and will travel! Message us for more details. My shop policies are as follows:

I will invoice via PayPal, prices are not including shipping. You will have 48 hours to pay your invoice and your order will ship out either the same business day or the following depending on time payment was received. I am on East Coast Time. Custom orders require payment upfront. In the case of cancellation of your order, a 20% fee will be deducted from your refund. I am happy to provide you with photos of you piece prior to shipping to confirm you are satisfied. The jewelry is not intended to be used as a toy or for teething purposes. Please be advised when ordering for children under the age of five. All jewelry will have a clasp that will make it necessary for parental assistance and supervision. Mama beads and Baby Baubles are hand crafted costume jewelry. Prices will vary. They will be based on the length, beads and charms/pendants used. Return/Repair Policy:
If a piece breaks due to my negligence or faulty materials within 30 days I will fix it for free. You pay to ship it to me. After the 30 days (or if whomever is wearing it breaks it), I will fix it for $5 plus any beads I may need to replace and you pay for the shipping to and from. These policies are subject to change. Please feel free to ask me any questions you have.

It’s my birthday! I’ll be celebrating with family & community at our township’s PRIDE flag raising tonight and tomorrow at my first vendor event as Bead The Change•Beaded Jewelry & Accessories For All. I will have our MYO bracelet table set-up. Hope to see you there! Looking forward to celebrating PRIDE & my b-day all weekend long!

I have a BIG announcement!!

After 11yrs, I’m shifting my small business away from Mama Beads & Baby Baubles which catered mostly to children’s jewelry, accessories & MYO jewelry parties, to something that feels more congruent with who I am now. Im so grateful for all of the people who worked with me over the years to create MBBB and I’ll always be proud of what I was able to accomplish as a first time entrepreneur (created a brand, won an award, made some money, amazing memories).

Bead The Change•Beaded Jewelry & Accessories For All is officially a go! I just launched my new biz page and a community based private group. BTC will focus solely on accessories for adults with a progressive, political slant, empowering messaging and some snark for fun! I’ll still offer all of the various options, especially the ever popular beaded pens and I’m open to custom orders. Please check me out, I’d appreciate the support! Bead The Change 🫶🏼🏳️‍🌈🙌🏼

PS: MBBB will still be available for children’s items or occasional parties, but it won’t be my focus.
