Hey Josie,
This is about 50 years old that I purchased in Israel when I volunteered as a nurse there.
It is made from the beautiful sands of Eilat on the southern coast. My pup jumped on me and startled me, and here is the result. Do you think you may be able to cut the glass down so I can salvage this?

I came across these yesterday while going through things. The one on the right will be available for sale. The one on the left, I can't let it go.
Beads are coming back out!

Going back and playing with my beads again. This is tubular herringbone stitch which originated from the Ndebele tribe in S. Africa. I haven't done this in over 20 years... So you can imagine my craziness, I am doing this around a toothpick

Btw, I canned the first project and have switched over to pic #3

Last night at Art Under the Arches was a featured artists show to represent their work. Very nice event!
