On Saturday the Kyle's Lakes Area Classic was played at Minnewaska Golf Course on a beautiful day. A new Champion was crowned shooting a 74 - Matt Meyer. Congratulations again on taking the title and the prestigious plaid jacket.

Along with the overall Champion there were 5 other champions crowned: Viking Club, 100 Club, High Point, Pin Point Putting, and Greg Mattson Putting Champion.

There were also team winners, Flight Champion watch winners and crying towel winners to those who gave it their all but may need a towel to cry into once they see where they placed.

On Friday night a new In Memory of Ryan Beers Poker Champion was crowned: Pat Backman.

The staff at Minnewaska Golf Club and Captains Bar and Grill were fantastic and it made for a great day... One of Kyle's favorite days of the year.

Until next year!
