Happy Turquoise Tuesday!

Another flower bolo made by Paul. This one is comprised of almost all turquoise from the Royston District in Nevada. Pieces that we picked up off of the ground from the tailings piles at a couple different mines.

FINALLY! We are on the road to Nevada for the 3rd annual Fall Turquoise Hunt!

It’s always a push to get ready and get out. But so worth it.

Another transformation. Tsavorite Garnet with green tourmaline drops to a graduated tsavorite garnet layering piece.

Sometimes you just have to change things around to freshen them up.

Hoping to make some tourmaline earrings out of the drops I removed from yesterday’s pink necklace and todays green one. Stay tuned.

I will have both of these revised necklaces with me Saturday Thrift & Shift Jackson Hole at the Virginian. Come check them out!

I had the opportunity this morning to see the new bronze in honor of Grizzly Bear 399 and her 4 Cubs unveiled this week. It’s on permanent display at the National Museum of Wildlife Art in Jackson.

Stop by and see her if you can. Also stroll thru the Museum and Museum Shop where they carry an array of my jewelry. It’s a must see if you are visiting Jackson.
