INVOICING/PAYMENT
1. All pieces PULLED during that cycle will be invoiced on
Monday.
2. We invoice to your email through PayPal or Cloud Payment. We accept all major credit cards through the invoice, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Facebook pay, Zelle, and cash if in person.
3. We invoice on Monday and payment is due by the end of the day Wednesday. Only claim if you plan to pay. Check your email. Special arrangements can typically be made as long as you communicate with AAB. You will be blocked if you do not pay. LIVE FACEBOOK PARTIES
1. Our FB Lives are very positive, fun and uplifting! No
negativity or drama on our shows.
2. We are very fair and will inform you as to limits on each piece. This gives all shoppers an opportunity to get as many of the different pieces as possible. ALBUM CLAIMS
1. Information on each album is posted on that album. Albums with "in stock" pieces are generally pulled on
Sunday of each week. Those pieces are invoiced on
Monday.
2. New Releases-These pieces are "preclaims"-We
ordered those pieces and they will arrive from corporate. We pull those when they arrive and invoice on the Monday of their ARRIVAL. We don't invoice those (or count them towards your invoice) until we physically have them at AAB. Shipping times from corporate can vary and can take up to several weeks. Please be sure that you have the correct mailing
address in PayPal when you pay. We do not change
addresses for you. This voids the Buyer/Seller Protection that PayPal offers.
2. We ship on Wednesday’s unless the post office is closed. In that case, packages are shipped the next business day.
3. Shipping is flat rate, $5.00. Spend $60+ in single invoice, shipping is F R E E ! RETURN POLICY
1. If you receive a piece that is damaged/broken, please send a private message to Awesome Aunties Boutique as soon as you receive the piece. Please only message AAB and not JAMILA’s personal Facebook/Instagram.
2. Send us a picture of the piece.
3. Most times, a piece can be easily fixed. We will handle situations on a case-by-case basis.
