Well here we are, somehow already into autumn 🍁 and I haven’t made the post I’ve been thinking about since mid August. Social media has never been my forté. I’ve considered that it’s probably too late for an “end of summer” post, but 🤷♀️ you’re getting one anyway. I’ve never really been a rule follower…
Highlights include: visiting one of my closest friends, Leah Barr in Vermont and vending at Om Fest, hiking to and swimming in Little Rock Pond, spending time with family in MD, joining my dad for his weekly sailboat race, horseback riding through the Blue Ridge Mountains, and seeing live music with some of the best friends a girl could ask for! Life is chaos, heart is full.
Sorry for my consistent inconsistency and unpredictability in posting. I could tell you all the reasons (there are many) but let’s leave it at life is complicated, and often being in the moment/flow is more important than making sure the rest of the world witnesses it.
That being said, selling art depends upon the right people seeing it. I’m extremely grateful to all of you who come out to support the many markets and art festivals that I bring my work to, especially if you’ve ever purchased my jewelry!! 🫶
As a neurodivergent artist, my natural state is overwhelm, but I’m going to try to show up here more frequently again. Thank you for continuing to follow along here and for appreciating my work. Please like my posts when they do pop up!! It really helps to feel like it’s making an impact. 🩵
Life is beautiful, even through the inevitable stresses, challenges and disappointments. If you can, please send some healing energy to my dear friend, Leah who is dealing with some health concerns, as well as to my sweet Luna kitty 🐈⬛ as she recovers from recent eye removal surgery!
Remember to take a few moments to feel the sunshine on your face and watch the leaves fall today. 🌞🍂❤️
