How much does it cost?
Cachet Edit is $64 per month + $7.99 shipping (plus applicable tax). Each box represents an average savings of approximately 35% compared to retail Cachet pricing.

What kind of pieces are included?
Boxes primarily include necklaces, earrings, and bracelets. No rings or sized pieces are included.

Can I choose my metal?
Yes. You may select 18K Gold or Rhodium Plated. The styles are the same across metal types. Only the finish differs. You may subscribe to both if you wish. Each box will ship separately and will incur separate shipping and tax.

When will I be billed?
Billing occurs on the 10th of each month.

When does it ship?
Orders ship within 3 business days of billing and are sent directly from Paparazzi in a special Cachet Edit box.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing date.

Are gift subscriptions available?
Yes. Cachet Edit may be purchased as a gift subscription in 1, 2, or 3 month lengths. Gift subscriptions cannot be canceled once started and will continue for the selected duration.

Are items returnable?
Because Cachet Edit is a subscription box, items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Is there a warranty?
Yes. All Cachet Edit pieces are covered by a 6-month warranty. If you experience an issue with your jewelry, contact us and we will help you start the warranty process.
