My sister comes down from Philly for a visit and somehow ends up getting a full briefing on the inner workings of my vintage resale empire.

I’m sure this is exactly how she envisioned spending her vacation. 🤣

If overstimulation had a physical address, it would be an estate sale. And I’d be first in line. 🤣

Please tell me I’m not the only one whose brain short-circuits the second I walk through the door. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I want to see everything, touch half of it, and somehow be in every room at once. I have absolutely no idea where to start, but I’m having the time of my life.

What would you have done — urn, fleur-de-lis, both or neither?

50% off estate sale day. The brass & crystal swan urn was $37.50 but had a pretty major flaw. The fleur-de-lis was $18 and mint.

I took the fleur-de-lis and left the urn.

Still thinking about that damn urn though. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Estate sale shoppers—are you going up these stairs or calling it a day? 🤔

Because you KNOW the second you don’t go upstairs, that’s where all the good stuff will be.

Beautiful? Absolutely.
Slightly terrifying? Also absolutely.

And yes, I went up. Which meant I eventually had to come back down. 🤣

The things we do for the possibility of a good find.

👉🏻 So what are you doing—going up or absolutely not?

If you’re like this too, we can be friends. 🤣

It’s not all about reselling and thrifting, you know.

Sometimes I just need Unsolved Mysteries to SOLVE THE DAMN MYSTERY!

I have enough unidentified vintage objects in my life. 🥸

Dalton flea market haul: absolutely NOTHING. 🤣

Car trouble had other plans, so the 1,000+ vendor flea market didn’t happen this time.

Did that stop me from thrifting? Please. I still hit a few thrift stores and a smaller flea market and came home with some fun finds!

Dalton, this isn’t over. I’ll be back. 😉
