malachite is a special stone to us, not only for its fascinating striped patterns in shades of greens, but also as one of the many minerals, gems, and deposits abundantly found in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. sourced from artisanal miners, it’s a small step towards our ultimate goal of supporting mining communities through our work 💚

introduced in 1973 as part of the revamped Louis Cartier collection, the Vendôme is an homage to the Parisian elegance of Place Vendôme, the historic square adjacent to Cartier’s flagship boutique. the Vendôme’s silhouette is defined by its circular bezel and unique “T-strap” shoulder lugs at the 6 and 12 o’clock positions, creating a distinctive “suspended” look where the leather strap appears to barely touch the case.

this 1990s version features a stepped bezel in white, pink, and yellow gold, a nod to Louis Cartier’s 1924 Trinity ring design, three interlocking tri-tone bands.

sold but deserved a spot on the grid- a Victorian era essex crystal painted reverse intaglio bracelet. essex crystals usually depicted animals, painstakingly carved into a cabochon of rock crystal (quartz), then hand-painted with oil paints and set into jewelry, to create a three-dimensional effect to the painting. this version has the cutest horse, with a beautifully iridescent mother-of-pearl backing 🐎

first of all, thank you SO much to y’all for supporting us these past few days! 🥹 it’s been rough, but the outpouring of love and support has been truly amazing and the show must go on… we’ve been sitting on this new design for a little too long 💕

introducing: a remix of our eye signet ring with colorful carved stone. this one is inlaid with pink opal— a soft rosy color with natural variations, contrasting beautifully with the sparkly reclaimed diamond. each ring is slightly different due the natural origins of the stone, hand-cut and crafted in downtown LA, made-to-order just for you. we styled it with our seko ring with an old mine cut diamond for a little contrast of brushed and polished gold, and we always love mixing in a little vintage via enamel and diamond bands ✨

these four rings are from one of our favorite eras, and feature one of our favorite shapes: art deco and marquise/navette/eye shapes. art deco spanned the mid 1910s- early 1930s, characterized by geometric, bold designs with milgrain and hand-engraved adornments to the metals. the diamonds sparkle with old cut charm, and often custom calibré cut colored gems add contrast to the white metals. there’s something that’s always drawn us towards navette/marquise shapes- the way they look like eyes, a symbol of protection, but also the contrast of the curved sides and pointed ends. send us a DM for the deets on any of these deco beauties 💎✨

a wonderful example of art nouveau craftsmanship- a design era defined by impeccable attention to detail, rejecting the industrialization and mass production of the late 1800s.

this graceful little swallow has incredible engraved feathery details shining through the translucent enamel in blue, green, and pink, giving the piece an iridescent effect. each wing is set with little rose cut diamonds at the top in platinum, and the eyes are set with rubies. this is a really special little piece, and we can’t wait to see where it’ll fly to next 🪽
