A Bead In Time Jewelry is an original line by Dale Ellison handcrafted in Austin, Texas since 2010. Ellison takes pride in never designing the exact same piece twice, ensuring exclusivity for her customers. Creating her own metalwork, she geometrically cuts and hammers sheet metal before she begins beading. Ellison incorporates a variety of locally sourced beads, precious stones, vintage charms, c

hain and wire in her work. Finding the beauty within beads has led her to experiment with an array of materials from vintage Czech glass and seed beads to natural stones like turquoise, lapis, coral, jade and pearl. I didn’t just make a bracelet…

I sacrificed my neck, my eyesight, and at least 40% of my patience.

At one point I considered just gluing the beads down and calling it “abstract.”

But no… we persevere.

And now I have a cute bracelet AND a new respect for my younger self 😂
