🚨Gold Scam Alert — Please Be Careful!🚨
We had a customer call our shop today who was being pressured to send or purchase gold because of an urgent situation. Michael immediately recognized that something didn’t sound right and was able to warn them before they lost money.
Scammers use urgency, fear, and pressure to get people to act before they have time to think. If someone is telling you that you need to buy gold, send money, or keep something secret because it’s an emergency, STOP and verify it first.
If you’re unsure, contact a trusted source—whether that’s a family member, your bank, law enforcement, or even us. Do not call the phone number provided by the potential scammer. Instead, use a trusted number, such as the one printed on the back of your bank card, listed on your bank statement, or found on the organization’s official website.
A few minutes of caution can save you thousands.
