🍁And just like that, another season comes to a close!🍁

The CLOSED sign is officially up at Silver Lake Syrups, and what a season it’s been!

From maple sugaring in the spring to Creemees all summer long, fall foliage, and plenty of wonderful people along the way - we’re so grateful for everyone who stopped by, brought friends and family, and supported our little sugarhouse here in Barnard. ❤️

But don’t worry - we’re not gone for long! 🥧 🎄

We’ll be back on Saturday, November 21, with Christmas trees, holiday gifts, maple goodies, and our homemade Thanksgiving pies!

🥧 Thanksgiving pie pre-orders are NOW OPEN! Head to SilverLakeSyrups.com to reserve your favorites. Orders close Friday November 20, with pickup November 23-25.

And while the sugarhouse is closed for the season, our maple Creemee catering and machine rentals are still going strong! 🍦We’re looking forward to several more weddings and special events this year, and we’re still booking holiday parties, too! 🎉

Whether it’s a wedding, company celebration, or holiday gathering, we’d love to bring a little Vermont maple sweetness to your event!

In the meantime, we’ll be busy behind the scenes getting ready for the holidays and working on some exciting improvements for next season.

From the hills of Vermont to the North Shore of Boston! 🍁🍦

Sunday’s adventure took us to OLIO in Peabody, Massachusetts, for Adam & Sophie’s wedding - and what a celebration!

Housed in a historic building with an incredible industrial feel, OLIO was transformed into a stunning wedding venue. Gorgeous autumn florals, rich-colored linens, warm lighting, and so many thoughtful details made the whole space feel magical.

Eric and I were there with our Vermont Maple Creemees, and this crowd certainly came ready for dessert! Lots of Creemees, plenty of seconds, and a dance floor that was going strong all evening. ❤️

And then came the drive home…. Through some serious heavy rain! 🌧️ we finally pulled into our driveway at 2:30AM - tired, but happy, and with another memorable wedding in the books.

Another batch is ready, rolled in cinnamon sugar and waiting for you at the sugarhouse!

And just like that, we’re down to our final TWO days of the Creemee season! 🍁

We’re open today and tomorrow, noon - 6pm, for your last chance this season to enjoy maple Creemees, fresh apple c***r donuts, and all your favorite maple treats.

A little glimpse of our kitchen counter… 🍁

Three different grades of our own pure Vermont Maple Syrup, always within reach! Because sometimes you want a delicate maple flavor, sometimes something a little more robust, and sometimes only the darkest, boldest maple syrup will do!

Around here, choosing the right maple syrup for whatever we’re making is just part of every day life. 😊

Last night, Eric and Sophia brought our Maple Creemees to The Quechee Inn at Marshland Farm to celebrate Sarah & Ryan! 💍

What a gorgeous day for a wedding - peak fall foliage, a beautiful historic venue, and a wonderful crowd ready for a sweet treat! 🍦

A big thank you to the fantastic staff at the Quechee Inn for making everything run so smoothly. Eric and Sophia had a great time serving up Maple Creemees and being part of the celebration!

We’ve been busy in the sugarhouse kitchen getting ready for the long weekend! 🍁🥧🍎

And we’ve restocked our Maple Vinaigrette after selling out last weekend!

Our regular sugarhouse season is coming to an end! Join us Friday - Monday, October 9th - 12th, from 12-6PM for one more Maple Creemee before we closeup for the season.

Come enjoy a Maple Creemee, stock up on maple syrup and your favorite maple goodies, and help us wrap up another great season at the sugarhouse. ❤️

It takes a village - or in our case, a whole lot of dividing and conquering. 🍁🍦

Saturday had Silver Lake Syrups going in a few different directions!

Megan and Adessa spent the afternoon serving Maple Creemees at the Reading Fall Festival, while Eric and his sister Jeannie headed to Farm Road Estate in West Dover to celebrate Kevin & Kim with unlimited Maple Creemees.

Meanwhile Sophia and Sonja were at The Inn at Manchester getting ready to serve another beautiful Vermont wedding.

A beautiful October evening at The Inn at Manchester 🍁🤍

We had the sweetest time celebrating Jake & Brigid on Saturday - a gorgeous fall wedding, a cozy Vermont evening, and maple Creemees under all those twinkle lights.

It was also a special one for us because it was Sophia’s very first wedding with Silver Lake Syrups! She and I handled the Creemee service while Eric got us set up before heading south for another wedding.

Congratulations, Jake & Brigid! Thank you for including us in such a beautiful celebration. We loved being a sweet little part of your day. 🍦🍁
