Ohio Valley Military Society and the Show of Shows

Ohio Valley Military Society and the Show of Shows The Ohio Valley Military Society is one of the oldest and largest Militaria collector's organizations in the world with over 2,000 current members.

The primary endeavor of the Society is to promote the study and collecting of historic military artifacts by sponsoring three regular shows a year in the Ohio Valley area.

Wilmington Show update:
The hall is evacuated, as there was a small explosion and insulation fire in one of the conduit runs in the ceiling of the hall. The flames were easily contained. The fire department is working with the facilities electrician to isolate all circuits in that run. If they can get that done, we will be allowed to resume. If for some reason they cannot and it remains a safety hazard, table holders will be allowed back to pack up. So far, all signs are looking good, but stay tuned for further updates.

Believe it or not, the June Wilmington show is coming up faster than we might think!

Just a heads-up - the Roberts Centre will start renovations this year. As a result we will be moved to Ballrooms A,B,C permanently. we will not lose any tables but the load in will be at the NEW rear loading door or through the front door. A few table holders will be moved but that should not create any issues. More information will be shared as we receive it. The new table layout is posted below.

Lester Schrenk was one of the WWII veterans who joined us at the recent Show of Shows. He was a ball turret gunner, and a prisoner of war in Germany.

Regretfully, he has passed away.
