Here’s a story about how watch theft is unfairly making people worry about their safety when walking on the street.

🏙️One afternoon last summer, a known singer and his son were walking on a road in London.

🔪Suddenly, a teenage boy wearing a tracksuit approached them, pulling out a knife in the form of a machete and threatened to cut off the man’s arm to get the watch on his wrist.

🙆‍♂️The man handed over his timepiece to the teenager, who ran away fast. Guess what he stole?

Wonder how Digital Watch Vault works? Here is a short story:

👨⌚John has a watch, he is very proud of it and he registers it in the vault.
🦹One day, a thief sees John in town with his fabulous watch and steals it from him.
😫John is upset and goes to the police to report his stolen watch. He also marks his watch as stolen on DWV.
🦹👨‍💼The thief goes quickly to a dealer to get rid of the piece and exchange it for cash.
👨‍💼🖥️Dealer checks the watch on the DWV Lost and Stolen database, he sees that the watch is marked as stolen.
📞👮‍♂️Dealer then calls Law Enforcement and privately messages the true owner the the Vault. Law enforcement is able to catche the thief and recover the watch, and then return it to its rightful owner.
