Think about it... our Maker provides each of us with all the resources, possessions, talents, and strengths – that we require to fulfill our unique mission in life.

We each achieve our ultimate fulfillment by dedicating these resources to our Divine mission and utilizing them to heighten the awareness of of the Divine in the world. Any resources that we have not been provided with means that those resources are not necessary for fulfilling our mission, and in fact, we can see those desires as ones that sidetrack us from the development of our fullest potential.

Reflecting on this truth gives us the cure of any envy. After all, when we are present with our mission we focus on that which we have, and we don't pay attention to that which we don't. So where is there place for envy?
