Cloisonne earrings making their appearance at the Laudholm Nature Fine Craft Festival, September 12 and 13 in Wells, Maine! These beauties were fired 8 (!) times in the kiln and then set in sterling silver. Hope to see you there!

Sometimes when I buy sterling silver, I want to check with the Vegas bookies to see what my odds are on the pricing going down or up.
Beginning of the year, it was $110.
Now it's $58.
I remember buying it at $13.
And that's for just one ounce.
