‼️URGENT SCAM ALERT‼️: Customers are receiving text messages and phone calls claiming to be from our SHAZAM Fraud Department. If you receive a text or call asking to verify your account number or debit card number, it's a scam! SHAZAM will never ask for personal or account number information.

How can you tell if a text or call from the SHAZAM Fraud Department is legitimate? Look for these things to make sure it's not a scam:
✅ They will only request for you to respond with Yes or No
✅ They will not mention a specific agent's name
✅ They will not have spelling or grammatical errors
