Does the handpiece of your Flexshaft get hot when you use it? Mine did, and I went straight to Foredom to find out why. The reason is because I was storing my Foredom with the handpiece hanging down. They said that grease then leaks down into the handpiece and it gets hot when you use it. So I started storing my flexshaft with the handpiece upright, and it doesn’t happen anymore! I just used a broom holder screwed to one side of my bench to hold it. Hope this helps someone. hot tips
