If you didnā€™t die this summer what did you even do. Thank you all who participated in my journey lol, and you totally know you grew if you made people mad, lost friends, got a new job, understood a new perspective, youā€™re not the same person you were in May. Key is: keep your heart open even when life gives you all the reasons not to.

We need more time to focus on our weekly meal plan, our next workout studio we wanna try, travel plans for the next three months, learn a new skill, and just to lay around laugh and cry. Your time sacred. Learn to create the alchemy to use the hard into energy for you to take care of yourself. More coming soon on this topic.

This grief is changing me in the most potent version of myself. We all die. There is no escaping it. Itā€™s part of our life process. And I do believe some ā€œdis easeā€ is preventable and curable. But man, I now know the phrase ā€œf*** cancerā€ means. And canā€™t help my brain go to how our food system in the USA is awful and mainstream medical system is for profit keeping us sick. This is where I am at 8 months after my dad passed from cancer. No debate just being in the space before my next space I move to. Will be opening my books soon for psych integration šŸ–¼ļøCover art by Max Murphy

These are huge support when all goes to s**t and your light has dimmed, you canā€™t get out of bed, and trying to plan our next move.

Spirulina and Chlorella - high mineral, high pigment creating a super support for your whole body and brain. When Iā€™m in a rut I want to make sure Iā€™m letting go. Chlorella has been such a ally.

Soups
Never stop eating soups first off. Hydration is gonna create inner connection and communication like nothing else. When stress hits you need energy to think process and reframe. We are wanting to keep your electric highway (fascia) in tune with yourself and higher self.

Sprouts
Oh babe this is key. Grow them, itā€™s easy. Each sprout has a different quality. To keep it simple cause I canā€™t get out of bed is alfalfa

Fermented foods
Make your own and I will teach you.
Helps keep the biome in tune while helping you stay connected to your intuitionā€¦ I mean, yogurts, kvass, beer jk, jun, fermented veggies

I wanna send your videos and go deeper into these foods and more. Get on my newsletter. šŸ«¶šŸ½
