I’ll be at the Richmond Art Crawl this Sunday, September 27th, hosted by Radiate Art Space. It’s a free outdoor festival with over 50 local artists and makers, kids activities, and food trucks, supporting the nonprofit studio that hosts it. Come find me, I’d love to see you there. Part-Time Jewelry Production Assistant Wanted

Temporary, very part-time position — perfect for someone who wants a fun little side gig.

Tasks: Jewelry assembling, polishing, hammering, beading, packing orders, light office work

Schedule: One day a week, any day Monday–Thursday, 8am–1pm

Duration: ASAP through early December

Pay: $25/hour

Experience: A plus, but not necessary — I’ll teach you what you need to know

A little about the vibe: my studio is small and cozy, I’m chatty, and I’m always down for a good podcast or a spooky story while we work. If you like your hands busy and your ears entertained, we’ll get along great.

There is SO MUCH to recap from this past weekend at SEABA Art Hop but mostly I’m just feeling so grateful for all the folks who came out and all the folks who organized this huge event. It’s so nice to see Burlington come alive like this. Jeremy and Adele Adelle Lawrence are so generous to invite all of us to their front yard for the whole weekend. I hope everyone is easing into this week 😴

I’ll be set up at Art Hop this Friday through Sunday, right outside the Barge Canal Market in Burlington. Come find me and say hi.

This year I’ve got help on Sunday, which means I actually get to walk around and take in the art for once instead of just seeing it from behind my table. From open studios to outdoor sculptures all over the South End, food trucks, and live music all weekend, there’s a lot to see. Looking forward to being on the other side of it, even if just for a day.
