Here I am at a Corporate Sound Bath I facilitated for the staff yesterday in Las Vegas. Unfortunately we discovered this was the only conference room that you couldn’t turn off the overhead lights! ( sensors only) But we just went with it and everyone enjoyed their hour of relaxation.
If you or your company wants to have a 30 or 45 minute staff sound bath just DM for more info!

Most people leave a sound bath saying the same thing.

“I feel different… but I cannot explain why.”

That experience is not just imagination or suggestion.

Sound works with the body through vibration, rhythm, and nervous system regulation. The tones from singing bowls and other instruments can encourage the brain to shift into slower brainwave states and help the body move from tension into relaxation.

You do not have to understand the science for your body to respond to it.
